Project Description:

Public School 144, Jeromus Remsen School, is an elementary school in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. They encompass grades pre-kindergarten to 5th grade. Their goal is to provide, “an environment which nurtures children and families, maximizes opportunities for individual growth and encourages mutual involvement, responsibility and accountability of the school, home and community.”

CBA Elevator Consultants provided consultanting services for the new installation of 2 passenger elevators. Services include: specifications for new installation, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
