Built in 1912, the James A Farley Building, known as the main United States Postal Service in New York City, is located in Midtown Manhattan. The building occupies 2 full city blocks and stands in an 8-acre area. In 1966, James A Farley building was designated as a New York City Landmark, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

CBA is currently providing elevator transportation consulting services for shop drawings review and an executive summary for 4 freight and 2 hydraulic elevators for CTS Group Architects and the USPS James A Farley Building. Furthermore, we are providing a modernization for 4 hydraulic elevators within the northeast and southeast rotunda buildings. Services include: specifications for modernization, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
