We will perform a ride quality analysis to record any deficiencies found and create a list of maintenance specifications that serve your best interests. Our team will work with you to create a list of elevator contractors to invite to bid on the project. After we receive prices, CBA will level them out to each other by comparing the maintenance agreements with one another to ensure you are receiving the best coverage at the best price possible.
