Between the corner of Broadway and West 39th street is 1410 Broadway, a massive 34-story highrise building with 385,000 st. feet of commercial office space. The building is in the middle of a major renovation, with a revamp of the lobby, corridors and restrooms. The elevators are also being replaced.

CBA is providing consulting services for LH Charney, overseeing the new installation of 5 hydraulic elevators and 1 wheelchair lift. Services include: specifications for new installation, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
