Glenpoint Center, in Teaneck, NJ, is a large multi-use complex. Totaling 650,000 sq. feet, the area contains an atrium, 3 beautiful office towers, a conference center, and a 350 room hotel with a spa. The project was divided into different sections of the building based on address. First, the Marriot Hotel and spa at the Marriot. Then, 100, 200, 300, and 500 Frank West Burr Boulevard.

CBA worked with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises to provide modernizations for a total of 16 passenger and freight elevators across this complex. Services include: specifications for modernization, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
