Newark Housing Authority has 45 developments in nearly every neighborhood in the city of Newark, including West Ward, South Ward, Central Ward and Ironbound. 10 are for elderly/disabled, and 35 are family developments. The NHA and Newark Special Police Officers work closely together to grow and engage with residents, with some officers who were raised within the housing communities they now watch over.

CBA provided full elevator evaluation for a total of 52 elevators throughout the Newark Housing Complex, Newark, NJ. Our elevator evaluation provided a synopsis of the elevator equipment, equipment profile, life cycle, ADA compliance, maintenance deficiencies, summary of our findings with recommendations for repairs or upgrading the equipment with estimated budgets and pictures.
