Founded in 1922, the Peters VA Medical Center is the oldest VA Medical Center in New York City. Situated on a historic site in the Bronx, the hospital provides special care and tertiary services to a veteran population. It is also a teaching hospital as well as an education and research center. It holds a total of 431 beds.

CBA provided full elevator modernization; design, engineering and construction management for a total of 17 elevators. Services include: specifications for modernization, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
