William Patterson University of New Jersey (WPUNJ) was founded in 1855, making it the second-oldest college and university in New Jersey. Conveniently located in Wayne, NJ, the university offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees across five colleges. The university has more than 10,000 students, and is the third most diverse public school in New Jersey.

CBA provided an in-depth visual and hands-on study of 5 elevators across 3 halls on their campus. The evaluation of the elevator equipment included: inside of the car, machine room, top of car, inside hoistway, outside hoistway, pit area, underside of car, and rope analysis. A comprehensive 60-page report with all findings was provided.
